Blue Tooth iPhone iPad App

I want to develop an iPhone / iPad app that uses other iphones / ipads and can easy share and open files via Blue tooth. So it will need the find other BT devices and share, the client software (via bt) then the app will share - and display a animated graphic(yet to be designed) I know that seems simple, but there is a twist to this app which I am not willing to share without ND clause. So it needs BT find and accept technolgy and a simple graphic (an advertising feed would be fine on the free version screen) if you can add this for my revenue, please state this The full version will have a little more functions. I would think this is no more than 3 days work for a good coder. I would need to ensure you can make the application Interlectual property 100% my ownership, and that no similar apps would eb created from this idea. I need to ensure first to market status in the I Store. I also dont want a flood of copy and pasters so the key word is "BTSYNC" - others will be deleted.
