Create an iPhone app and edit an android App

I have an android app already created and on play store

I need some editing to this android app
I also need the same app created for iphone/ipad.
You can see from the attached screeshots (android version) that the app is fairly basic.
It is a collection of 160 campfire songs with only lyrics listed, an alphabetical listing and a favourites page.
The editing on the android version is on the name andbrnad as well as improvements on the scroll selector. Apple version should be a copy of the android from a brand and layout point of view.
There is a bit of time pressure with the project. I need to have the app ready for review and sign off by 31st Oct so only bid if you are available next week. I will be selecting successful freelancer on 28th Oct. Following sign off the finished app will need to be ready to be uploaded by 6th Nov.
