create simple ipad application...

create a native ipad app that displays html pages. estimated about 300pages. the html pages will be given but needs to be converted to html5

sometimes they will add/remove/update the html page. you must suggest to me the best method to update all the ipads

create a html page so that ipad can download the native app. there must be NO integration to itunes store. the native app must download directly to the IPAD. customer has enterprise license.

there will be 2 phases

first phase will be the test phase. about 30% of the pages will be given. a test server to test your script. this must be completed in 5days or lesser

2nd phase will be the actual html pages. this phase must be completed in 3days.

i have another 5more app thats needs to be done. the winner will get to work on those apps as well.

i need someone that works fast , reliable

all bidders must explain to me clearly on how you are going to solve my issue. updating to latest html pages, etc

i will not choose any bidder who bid and talk about their company.
