Add additional screens to mobile Unity app

Overview: We have an application (not a game) that makes use of Unity 5 ([login to view URL]). It is an application for the medical field and makes use of standard UI widgets found in popular mobile device operating systems. The basic purpose of the app is to allow people to communicate medicine prescription-related information between doctor and patient. Task: • Pickup Time Screen • Location Screen • Orders Screen • Profile Screen • Insurance Screen • Pharmacy Screen (+ Pharmacy Response) Requirements: • Must continue development of code from *existing code base* — app UI is provided for you • C# / Unity 5 / iOS compatible • Code checked into GitHub If you are interested: • Please provide a link to your most relevant project (not your entire portfolio) • Please provide your GitHub handle • Let us know the price and date you can deliver by (we would like to have these features done by end of week)
