Adding features to the Android app(JAVA)

Hello everyone. I have a project written in native(Java) language on Android platform. This is a quiz project.
I want to add the feature of adding quiz exams to my project. Currently I have a website designed with Php-Mysql. In the database of this website I have the table of exams. I want my android application to be listed with those exams.(Asynctask etc.)
Instructions
1- As exams are added to the database it'll be listed in the interface of android.
2- Each user will be asked 100 questions for each exam. There'll be a timer for 100 questions.
3- When a user is done with an exam and taps 'end the session' if the button is correct it'll be green, and if it's not correct it'll be red. After the exam there'll be 'wrong answers' button in below.
4- There'll be hall of fame for the users.
5- We will add 'buy in app' feature.
6-We will create only 1 button and connect to the remote database and extract the data
