Need an experienced android developer to build an app that will convert SIP calls to GSM and maintain the call, using Twilio API. Based on our research the Twilio API should be sufficient and will not require any reprogramming when launching. However, if during implementation of the API we encounter issues we will use AsteriskPBX to complete the implementation. sc
