Hi there. My name is aleksandre. I have not done any projects here for couple of month but now i am back. I am ready to start working as soon as possible and willing to try my best for good product. As i see you want chrome like app with your own modifications. As you have mentioned google has open source project which we can modify as we want but its not exactly chrome (its very very like chrome but not exactly it). I have big experience with working on opensource projects (was modifying "Android" for my phone, so i think i will be able to modify chrome too.). Anyways your task does not seem difficult at all so i dont understand why other bids are so high.
