Concept app to decode a passport or ID card
$250-750 USD
Paid on delivery
I'm looking for a developer experienced with Tesseract / OpenCV that can help to build the code we can use in our Xamarin Forms application. We are targeting Android but ideally have something we can also use on iOS in the future.
The application needs to use the phone camera to decode a passport 'live' and display the results. The app would use the camera video feed till it does a successful decode, then beep and display the results.
A good example of a product doing this well is anyline OCR scanner application.
