Create an iPhone application

Here is what I want the app to do.

The user will open the app it prompts them to turn on their gps it will open to a splash page. They can then press get started and it will take them to create an account. after that it will take them directly to find my juice page where we will have a quiz. they will answer questions and press submit. it will take them to another screen (the juice pick page) and based on their answers to the quiz give them a generic recommendation (ie pineapple juice). below that we will have a specific juice they could find at a juice shop near them for example pineapple hurricane at juice alchemy.

They can click the shop and see a bit more information on it like directions and comments you can also like the shop so you can save it in your favorites. There will also be a separate pages that show your juice picks and favourite shops. Also would like a settings page so users can control their profile.
