Create a simple Android and iPhone application that uses some existing APIs & google maps

I have a very simple HTML5 website that I would like to reproduce with an iPhone and Android application so I can utilize the user's phone book (contact list). The app should launch into a google map with the user's current location blinking with a blue arrow (use the compass). The phone book should be able to be accessed in order to invite others to the map (with their current location). I have the APIs already for you to know what to display on the map and to use to invite others. I will provide more detailed specs to the winner.
