Creating a simple Mobile Role Playing Game (RPG)

Need to quickly make a demo Mobile Role Playing Game...with ability to capture Game Play Data and to update it on a remote server (PHP). Game concept and details will be provided later... E.g. On a still background image there are few 'object images' (touch activated) and a timer..we should be able to change the 'object images'...as the player touches the 'object images' (in any order)...a table should be made available where the 'order' of touching and 'time taken for each touch' are recorded.. This is one of the scenes...there will be 8-10 different scenes..with similar requirements or simple 'form based data capturing'...
