This is a iOS only project. It will need to be done from scratch. There are no graphics or sources that I can provide you. Here are the details, please read carefully before bidding as I will immediately decline any changes to your offer. 1. This is a database of criminals that were not punished for their crimes for one reason or another. (ie. not enough evidence, chain of custody, etc.) 2. This database is populated by members of the website based on their knowledge, news articles, etc. 3. Users will have to provide as much information on the perpetrator as possible. Including but not limited to pictures, news articles, court proceedings, etc. 4. Other members of the site can add additional information as its discovered. 5. Members of the site will be able to judge the perpetrator as GUILTY or NOT GUILTY after they've considered all the information and come to a decisive conclusion. 6. There will be a scroll bar of mug shots. Each mug shot will have a link to the perpetrators page which details his crimes and provides evidence as well as the ability for the user to vote GUILTY or NOT GUILTY. 7. There must be an admin page/login so that posts can be monitored and removed if necessary. Also to manage users and other basic admin functions. ALL THESE RULES MUST BE APPLIED.
