We want to design a app which is supported in android. Which is capable of taking bio metric of the labor working in the field. So, first we can create a data base of the prospective labors. Than, when ever a labor comes we can scan the fingerprint on mobile and if required we can click the picture too. The same data is saved on cloud so that it could be synced and accessed from any place. Later when labor leaves so we have a out time fingerprint too. The same has Geo tagging option to insure that all attendance hace been taken from a place and is valid. The could easily be transmitted over 3G or 2G
