design and submit an app to be available in all types of phones

Hi everyone, My knowledge of Apps is limited but I know what I want. Apologies in advance if I use the wrong terminology or selected the wrong categories. I am looking for an App designer/developer to design an app for a radio station that would be available for download in app stores. The app should be available for mobile phones and tablets. You should also be able to register the app with Itunes, Google Play and Windows Phone. However, it is paramount that The Seereer Resource Centre is noted as the publisher in all submissions. An app for our radio station (Seereer Radio) has already been designed and submitted to Google Play only (as far as I can see), however the developer put the name of their company as the publisher instead of The Seereer Resource Centre as instructed. I am also not happy with the design and a redesign is necessary. I already have the content and images so this should ease the workload. There is potential for additional work, so if you are interested get back to me. Please only state your bid within the range stipulated (upto £100) along with your experience.
