We want to build an iOS SDK which can track user's location based on several events like Significant Location Change and in the mean time sample 10 second accelerator data. After collected all data, upload them to our server (A POST API).

The SDK should work not only in foreground but also in background. Significant-Change Location Service (SCLS) is a recommended way to track location in background. As a supplement, the Visit-Related Events (VRE) monitoring API (on iOS 8 and later) should be also used if availible. Base on our initial experiments, using both of these two services simultaneously will keep a good balance between data accuracy and battery life.
The uploaded data structure and web service API are already determined.
Therefore, the SDK should provides methods at least: - request corresponding permissions from user
- start/stop tracking location and accelerator data
- upload the latest data to server
- store the data on local file or database if network is not available
