I have been using the .NET Client API for Amazon MWS to do other tasks with merchants account. And yes, what you want to do can be done, dont worry. A program can be done to run in Windows to import your orders from Amazon, MS Access can not do this directly from Amazon but a new software/application created by my can do this with ease to connect to Amazon API to retrieve the information and insert it in your MS Access database. I only need you to send me your merchant account data: - Access Key ID and Secret Access Key. - Marketplace ID and Merchant ID I know the idea is to import orders automatically from Amazon. but I need further details to know how I am going to do the new tool. How many times a day do you want to import new orders? Do you want to import orders with certain criteria selected by you? I can create the desired functionality in MSAccess (VBA). It may be easier to build a simple dll to be used inside Access but I will defer to you as to how you would like me to accomplish the task.
