Anti-cheating application

I need an application/library that triggers an event when some cheating action (memory injection, packet injection, etc) is detected. The application needs to use a generic logic and should be able to monitor several games such as CS, Warcraft 3, Battlefield 2, etc. I can think of a few ideas on how to design this application, but my knownledge of Win32 API and Hooks is very short so I don't have the pratical skills to get my hands on the job. The application should be built in C# or C++ (with COM visibility so we can use it on .NET libraries) A good example of an anti-cheating application is nProtect's GameGuard ([login to view URL])
