ASP.Net Website With Forum

Hello i need one website..and a vBulletin forum with more than 100 member i need some one to create a website for me exacte like [login to view URL] with evrey thing and i mean evrey thing...and the forum i ned it to convert to [login to view URL] also like [login to view URL] with of coures my member and post... and just to confirm...i need the same website like n4g to be the best website for games Additional information: I don’t think who replied to me understood what is needed. The request was exactly the same website of (N4G). And I also want that my current forum (vBulletin) to be converted to the same forum of (N4G)([login to view URL]) uses. And in order to do that you’ll have to move more than 100 users and I don’t think it is going to be complicated. Moreover, whoever sign-in in the main page will make him/her sign-in for the forum without signing-in again for the forum. In addition, I really do care about the news being organized and have their minimized picture of it. Furthermore, I would like to attach the heat feature to the news so it can show how the thread is or the news is important according to the importance of it and the number of views and replies on it that will raise the heat bar for the thread or the news. There is the control panel that should be inserted for the members and typing panel for every member when he/she wants to type news. Moreover, there should be a test appears to the member before accepting his/her news and that test shows the qualification of the member to give him/her the ability to write the news or not. And most important of all is the language which has to be Arabic that has the right to left typing style. That is all in its simple way. I hope before submitting and approving your reply here is to make sure of the (N4G) website and see everything I requested from you to put it for my forum because it has a lot of features and options and I want it ALL. NOTE THAT if there is anything missed in those features or options I will cancel the whole thing. My budget is very less so only lowest bidder will be win.
