C++ iPhone Music App Modifications, Related Desktop App

All applicants must be a legitimate company with a website and a working telephone.
You will add new features to an existing iPhone music app. The new features are:
1. Download XML file and batch of mp3s from server database.
2. Convert downloaded mp3s into wav
3. audio recording function with the built in mic,
4. event list recording during play
5. rendering a final mp3 file from an event playlist.
You will create a desktop application in C++ related to the iPhone app. App must run on PC and Mac OS X, and be packaged in a standard downloadable installer.
The core of the desktop app is a simulation of the iPhone app, which is already coded. The graphic interface is already done and supplied to you as layered Photoshop file.
For the desktop app you must code:
1. data entry fields for name, url, song tempo.
2. audio file I/O browser with simple control for playing audio file
3. timeline-style editor which modifies parameter values in existing algorithm.
4. delay line editor which modifies values of existing delay algorithm.
4. Parameter values are stored in a properties list.
5. Convert loaded audio files into mp3 format for upload
6. Generate XML properties list file.
7. Uploads mp3s and XML properties list file to online server database.
Note: You must sign a NDA to be supplied with the existing code and graphics.
