Create iPad-version Investment Map on Objective C

Interactive Investment Map is a resource that visually displays the investment situation, including general information about the area, information about the investment markets, infrastructure, employment potential of the region, as well as the point of realization of investment projects in the context of municipalities with the output information for each project. The application should be available for free download from the App Store AppleAppStore. The application must have a database web-version of the project through a common application server. Any change in the system of administration should be displayed as a web-version and in iPad-application. The application must be bilingual (direct application interface items and upload project data). In the cartographic basis tile application must use a card that has to be visually identical to the vector map is fully web-version of the project. Way to navigate and interact with the card should be standard for mapping applications on iOS-devices. Tile on the map you want to display: - Point objects as icons. Provide the ability to group similar and adjacent icons. - Area features, a visual display which should meet the web-version. Tile map must be bilingual (English and Russian-translator). Map language should be determined according to the current culture of iOS-devices. The application should be developed in the programming language Objective C.
