AJAX / Code Igniter Auto Complete Form

I need someone to use the jQuery plug-in below to create a single web page with a text input box that auto completes by querying a database. I
need this web page (and jquery ajax call back) to all work within the code igniter frame work. If the text they type in is not in the database then I want a button to appear that will prompt the user to create a record for that item in the database. I prefer someone who writes clean and well documented Jquery and PHP code.
I will provide the following :
- I will supply a server w/ code igniter pre installed and working. Complete access to sever (username/password) will be given to you.
- I will also provide the database (mysql) and sample data as part of the installation on my hosted server.
- I have purchased and will require that you use the JQuery plugin below : [login to view URL]
This is the first part of a rather large project. I am hoping to find someone I can continue to work with as I complete this project, but for now I just want a bid on this simple page.
