We are a small web development company based in Hamburg, Germany and currently we have a boot load of work that we are not be able to complete without outside help from a skilled coder. We simple don't have the manpower and we don't want to hire someone on a long term basis. We need a very highly skilled programmer to code an application for us. So if you are generally available for additional work we can give you a very detailed briefing within the next 2 weeks. The application is completely planed out down to tiniest detail. We have a use case diagram, a complete feature list, there are finished designs for every screen and interaction and a click able dummy made with Axxure RP. So you don't need to do designs or do any planning. we just need someone who can code it up. It is very important that you follow the plan to the letter! We don't want you to use any CMS or PHP frameworks. (also codeigniter would be acceptable) Our main focus is front end performance The application needs to be done by the end of Mai!!! An extension is not possible!!! We know that this is doable because we did it before. You will be closely integrated in our project team and we have a status meeting 2 times a week. ATTENTION: We don't pay you for unfinished work. So if you you don't deliver the Project at the end of the deadline and exactly to our specifications you don't get any money!!!! We accept no excuses!! Either you think you can do it or not. (the project is not exactly rocket surgery and we know from exp. that is is doable.) (Don't worry we will test your skills before you can start the project so that we can evaluate if can actually do it in time or at all for that matter :-)) We need a few examples of your work (by that we mean hand coded from scratch and not a Joomla installation) We are Web programmers with more than 10 years of experience and we are able to distinguish excellent code from lousy code.
