Api related project phase 02

Hello This is about a "Twitter barometer". By that, we mean an application that, similar to [login to view URL], analyzes tweets with certain hashtags and compares them. It's used to see how much people like/dislike political parties. For example, if you liked what the Democratic Party did, you might post a tweet like "Yay! #dem+", or if you disliked what they did, you would post "Boo! #dem-". Then charts comparing all available parties are shown on the website by the script. The admin sets which parties and hashtags shall be available.
