Coupon Management System

Hi, We would like to hire a system developer who can develop our Coupon Management System as attached. We need this system to be ready for production within "7 days" , do not bid should you not able to deliver within 7 days from awarding time. We need the developer to have a team and can work in long hours to achieve 7 days delivery period. We will cancelled the awarded job and dispute the escrow should it takes longer than 7 days to complete. Regular communication is also required.
