Customise Existing Wordpress Theme

I need a developer/designer to customise elements of the coupon press theme that I have recently bought, here is a demo version [url removed, login to view]
The theme has come with PSD’s and all supporting documentation.
I will mainly need CSS modifications to be made, page layouts changed, images to be changed, a new navigational bar and an index/home page redesign.
