I need someone with EXTREMELY good HTML/CSS/AJAX skills. And, you need to know how to scrape web pages. I'm looking to build out some seriously cool SEO / Link Popularity scripts. Can show you several examples of other tools I like. This is a BIG project. I already have 3 full-time programmers on board. If I want sub-par work I'll have one of them do it :) I need someone with very sharp skills - I'd like to see examples of your work too. If you're up for the challenge we can do this together. This is not a short-term project. I envision this taking a while even for an excellent programmer. Lot's of perks with this project for you - we are a large agency with a lot of work opportunity.
