ASP / ASP.net developer for 3 months+

After which we may be more flexible when we have built up a good relationship. to start from the 11th April ## Deliverables This person will be available to do classic asp fixes and .net conversion( C sharp and Vb.net....for 40 hours per week You will work day to day with me and together we will plan the work and divide it. there will be one main project which is very interesting along with a few other mini projects I need this resource to be available be to me by phone/mail and msn messenger between 9-6 every day GMT.. After which we may be more flexible when we have built up a good relationship. Im Looking for a strong developer who works fast and is well organized with 2 years + experience of .net and .Net 2.0. Will need good English (written and spoken). Priority will be give to time zones near the UK, but if u are available during UK working hours then that’s the most important thing The person will also have to be discreet and never contact the end clients directly as they only report and work for me. Also priority will be given to entities with a backup resource and the capacity to provide quality resources for overtime if necessary. However one man operations can apply but they will need to give 95% of their time to me and in return I will pay a good wage Please apply with some form of a CV and how much you would charge per month for this assignment.
