ASP/MS Access web-based database

Hi, I would like a web-based app made fropm ASP and powered from a MS Accesss database for my Intranet. Basically the system I want is a 'New sub Intranet site request' system that allows the different department in my organisation to request the addition of a new sub website on our Intranet. ## Deliverables Hi, I would like a web-based app made fropm ASP and powered from a MS Accesss database for my Intranet. Basically the system I want is a 'New sub Intranet site request' system that allows the different department in my organisation to request the addition of a new sub website on our Intranet. I'd like the system to work like this: A user completes a web-based ***(page 1)*** form (the design is not yet determined but I should have this info tmrw but will consist of approx 7 text feilds, 2 text areas and four radio buttons). The user then clicks on a 'Submit' button which then adds all of the information to a database (including a generated unique, incremental site reference number in the format of 0001, 0002 etc). The user is then shown the confirmationb page of the information they have submitted and advised that they will receive a response from team in x days/weeks ***(page 2)*** I would like a page that would then list brief details all of the submissions in a table ***(page 3)*** and allows admins to click on the unique number for each submission to see all of the details stored for that record (similar to page 2) but with an 'Approve' or 'Reject' button (and a 'Cancel' button that just takes the user back to last page). If the 'Reject' button is clicked, the user should be prompted by a popup dialogue if they are sure they wish to reject the submission'. If they click 'OK' the record should be deleted from the database and a confirmation message should appear advising that the record has been deleted. If they click on 'Approve', the record is not deleted and the user is directed to a printer friendly page that contains all of the information and an additional 'Approved by' section at the bottom (this will be printed, signed and archived). Whichever is pressed (except 'Cancel'), the submission is removed from ***page 3***. ***Page 4*** should be a page that allows the admins to type in a submission reference number in text feild, click search and when the record is found, it contains all of the information for that record (similar to page 2) but with a section at the bottom called 'Set update schedule'. This should allow the admin to select an update frequency of that submission (i.e. update every/every other/every third/every fourth: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday. ***Page 5*** should be a page that contains a list of the following: Submissions that have an update date that is 5 days away, 4 days away, three days away, two days away, tomorrow, today, yesterday and prior to yesterday in list form. Next to each submission listing there should be a 'this site has been updated' tick box that when checked, removes the record from the list and only when the records next update date is due, does it display on the list again. Thats the crux of it. Once made, I will need a few adjustments made and maybe a few additions but I think there is enough here for the time being. additions will be paid for. All ASP to be commented. CSS to be used in formatting of text however the formatting of the database output must be in HTML tables. A *very* quick completion time is required. Bids will be accepted upon the basis of the speed of intended completion and bid amount. An opportunity to test a completed system online on Sunday at around 22:00 GMT would be preferred.
