The project is to develop an ASP.NET framework for maintaining customer information stored in a SQL Server database. The schema is somewhat complex, and the desired result will be a highly interactive page making significant use of AJAX features to create a rich client experience.
A detailed specification document including a database schema diagram and table descriptions as well as details as to the desired technologies to be used and user interface quidelines is attached to the bid request. Please review it before bidding

Note that this is simply a concept piece to demonstrate the desired layout. It is missing various controls and does not display all of the elements required.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) The completed project must comply with all stated design guidelines and use the required technologies. Additional third party code or library use must be approved in writing by On The Mark Solutions, LLC.
3) Visual Studio 2005 project containing a complete project source code and any required resources and/or libraries needed to build and deploy the project.
5) A database backup containing any additional tables and or configuration options required by the application.
6) Source code must be well-structured, readable and must be fully commented, in English.
7) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Windows 2003 Server, IIS 6.0. Compatible with IE 6 and 7 as well as FireFox. If AJAX toolkit has bugs which prevent proper operation with FireFox, this limitation should be documented and developer will not be held responsible for this limitation.
