ASP.NET Database Website (~10 pages)

This project is a website that uses a database for user accounts. The skills required for this project are: ASP.NET 2.0 C# Microsoft SQL Knowledge of OCR tracing (image to text) Web Design In brief this is what the website will consist of, a much more detailed description will be sent to the winning bidder: It will have about 10 pages. It will allow people to register for accounts, there will be two types of accounts, for the purposes of this brief description i will call them "Team leaders" and "team members". A person will be able to register a team leader account, and then will be able to craete several member accounts including the member's email and various settings, (incl. being able to create several accounts at once with the same settings) Members will be able to login and 2 different pages (aside form pages chaging account settings etc) on one page they will see the setting set by the team leader on the other they will be able to submit information along with an image. The image is ORC traced into text and this text and the image is saved along with the information entered in to the members account. (obviously the image will need to saved in the file system and not in the database per se) Several simple calculations are performed on the data. the team leader can login to see a list of such submissions and make a decision about them. The full description will contain much more detail and explain the purpose of the project but for the purposes of protecting intellectual property these details are intentionally left out. But this description should give you a good idea of the work involved. The ideal contractor will also have some graphic design skills and be able to incorporate into the website a simple clean design based on an outline provided by me. Please include in your bid details of your previous experience and links to live websites you have completed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
