ASP.Net AJAX C# VS 2005 Nested Grid: Working Prototype(repost)

I want a developer who can work with me to develop similar grid using native VS2005, C#, AJAX, AJAX Control Toolkit.

Basically I am looking for this:

1) A SQL Server database with 3 tables

myItems (ItemID, Price, Qty, Name)

myItemsPricing (many rows for an item) (ItemID, SiteID, Price)

myItemImages (many rows for an item) (ItemID, ImageName)

2) A nested datagird need to be developed using Gridview

3) When the "+" icon is clicked, the node will expand. The expanded node will have two tabs: Pricing, Images, QuickUpdate

4) The content of tab "Pricing" should be displayed at node expansion,

5) When clicked on the "+", AJAX should be invoked to display the tab's information. Only when clicked on the second tab, the content of second tab should be displayed, AJAX. There should be an AJAX way to upload a new image within the tab.

6) Qiuck Updated will display "Price" "Qty" in text box. There will be a save button, when clicked will save the information in a AJAX way.

7) The display should work as in

Meaning user should be able to open multiple nodes.

8) No pagination needed.
