ASP/XML website to modify & launch

Have purchased source code for accommodation booking engine. This is an ASP built site with a minimal back end and run from a single xml connection. I need graphics and layout changes, the xml link set up with the supplier, a few minor functionality changes / bug fixes and a payment system bolted on. Successful bidder will be asked to sign NDA for source code, etc. ## Deliverables The source code bought is that same as that used on the website [[login to view URL]][1]. However, this is a competitor and not related to my firm. The end result of the work will be a fully launched and working website. a) review existing xml coding for connection to supplier, make sure it is set up correctly, address bugs where text and images do not appear, ensure room types and rates are queried and return correctly. b) Website design and layout produced as per template attached (this is a layout draft only and updated and altered versions will follow). This breaks down as follows: Homepage: Change colour scheme / design as per template Top Navbar - remove Add category (star rating) option on UI Embed agent log in onto homepage Embed email subscribe onto homepage Move main images and change content Destination links enlarged and moved to centre Search page Change design to match homepage Add UI (autopopulated) to top of search results Fix bug where it is not possible to select board basis Product page Make changes to design to match homepage As stated under XML requirements - make sure all images and text are piped through properly and that unpopulated headers are not listed. Booking page Make changes to design to match homepage 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
