ASP parsing

Hi, I have a asp page that in first page has only links with vacancy IDs and when you click on an ID, an xml extract is loaded with the whole vacancy description. what I need is a script, that would enable us to post last 10 vacancy titles on our web page, and when clicking on them, display vacancies in a nice formated way (I'd select the needed fields in advance) See attachment for an example of provided data.
