Alliances manager for existing gaming site

I need to add a section to my online gaming site that is currently manually mantained on an external site bu a group of players. The new section will allow players to create and mantian alliances. Any user can join any alliance (the alliance admin can select the alliance is open or the user must be accepted). The alliances will have a mini subsite section, with the following pages avalable: 1. List of members (a public section, visible by anyone) 2. Combat reports (public) 3. Newsroom (private) 4. forum (private) 5. Dispatch (a public section, visible by anyone) 6. Statistics (public) and a little wiki section in which members can insert any content with a wiki stile approach The application must be written in asp and will use an sql server. Alternatively, it can be written in pure Java and accessed via socket by a proxy asp page. ## Deliverables I'm the administrator and developer of www.youplay.it. I'm asking an external support because I do not have time to develope this section. I can provide you with all techincal info you might need about how the site is working and how the DB is designed. This new section will be used for different games, so you should provide an easy to modify / configure software, since games have some differences (some section will be missing, other will have different names/content. Eg. The statistcs page will use different query for each type of game). I will provide you a copy of the existing DB tables that you will need to develope this section. There will be the possibility to create a beta site on the server, in order to test the application in the actual environment.
