I want a Auto Update Tool for my Desktop Software . Whenever i have a new build ready, I will Upload the Compiled Files to a Location on the Web Server or an FTP and all the users should get a notification saying that a new version is available. if the user clicks on the update button the files should be first ask for a relogin and then download the files to the Database Server in a SQL Table as Binary File and then transferred to the client machines, the Flow of Download of files should be Webserver -> Local Server -> Client Systems Also it should have both the options to either download the Files Which have difference in the file versions or download all the files forcefully. the user should have the option of manually selecting a Particular File also to download. therefore we will require a grid. for that. the download should have resume capability also.
