Browser Incompatibility Solution

I am seeking a programmer to assist with solving an issue of browser incompatibility. I create my websites in MS Front Page,and each website I create looks different in Firefox compared to IE. The design is perfectly correct as viewed in IE, but looks very different in Firefox 3 examples to view are as follows: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I am not seeking to have any sight redesigned, I am seeking some sort of programming solution that I can easily apply to these sites and other sites I create in future.
