Building a Web and mobile social network with PHPizabi or PHPfox

We would like to create a social network around games and we need a web and mobile (WAP) version for it. We see that there are already open source tools which make creation of this network very easy. We are most interested in using either PHPizabi or PHPfox or any other tool which the developer might recommend. The important part is that we have a mobile version as well as web version. So in total here are the tasks we will need the developer to accomplish: 1) Install and customize one of the social networking scripts for our templates and look and feel 2) Install and cutomize the mobile version of the social networking 3) Integrate with our Oracle backend (although most of these scripts use MySQL, we will have to do some import of tables since currently we use Oracle) 4) Integrate gaming specific features into these games We are looking for a senior PHP/Mysql/Oracle web developer. We use IIS for our web server. If the developer has HTML/CSS experience it is even better. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Platform is: Miscrost IIS, PHP, Oracle, mysql, HTML, CSS
