Change Site from Flash to HTML/Javascript/ASP and add admin interface

If you bid on this project, it is for changing this site --> [url removed, login to view] to HTML/js/ASP format. Also need an admin interface to modify the pages (no too many) In addition, making FSP vision play real mpg, avi movies. Also adding a navigation area with dynamic links.
Banner area layout
Banner on top should have the following information:
FSP Records (black background)
for example Artist: John Smith (different color background)
Navigation area on the right:
All pages in navigation will have the ability to change info in admin but pretty easy.
Home --> no dynamic link
Home description:
Right area has Information about company, then News and Promotions
Left area has FSP Vision where avi, mpeg, or other compatible format can be played. Also this can be changed in ADMIN area
Artist --> Artist names--> discography
Information:
Artist page has list of artist with banner "artist" if clicked
If user clicks on Artist Name, open artist page with profile (Name, Biography, Discography (ability to add links to another page with album name and music samples uploaded), Tour Dates, picture.
Discography: This page is sublink where it shows the list of music for the artist with the following format

Our Company --> Overview, Contact Us
Overview:
This is area to add text paragraph about the company (to be changed from admin)
Contact us: Form to submit and information same as site
Events --> Events (added in ADMIN area)
Format: = Text about event, Place, Date, Time, music file launched for radio advertisement (if added from admin)
Affiliates --> None
Info on page: Sponsor's name, Description, logo, link to site (admin)
This is it!! Most of the design is done, just reverse engineering code. Most fields can be left empty but ability to add delete, modify, and view from admin is important.
