I need to provide a system for the sales person to fill out and track the process. Like a survey with a dashboard process.
The admin will be allowed to create a dynamic list to all product or individual product and link the response to a customer:
? For each List name
Add field to the list (nchar, nvarchar, decimal, date, text, no image, multi select field (ask if option box, check box) FOLLOW MS SQL requirements.
Lookup tables ??" Admin also will be able to create lookup tables and link to the custom field is required.
? Now it is important no physical table will be created on sql is just like a module settings. Just like SharePoint does. THIS IS NOT A SHAREPOINT PROJECT.
Be able to validate the field, and check if the field is required or not also be able to display order. I'll take suggestion if user try to change field type after table already has data (how to aproch that.)
They can have several sets of this list and be able to customize by adding new fields and renaming, create views, etc. Must like SharePoint List work, but is NOR A SHAREPOINT SITUATION.
Admin can create and update the settings, also should has an option depending on the users answer change the list setting, just like a survey
Please give your bid, the Technology is C#, Framework 3.5, MS SQL 2005, ASP.NET, Web Application
It is important to provide a FAQ to user how to use the settings.
Now I had that request before and the coder didn’t follow my request, to tell the truth she even didn’t know how to create a string field; ? all values was set to 1char and her response was that I never told her that the user would be able to set the length for the field.
