City Portal Script

I am looking at building out a few city portals and want a community feel. Some windows software like [login to view URL] With features like this: [login to view URL] The software should be able to create sites for all kinds of cities/countries in the world. All sites will be created in .php format. I am open to all suggestions. Must show a demo before accepting the bid. I do not like description template with your bid submission. All description template will be ignored regardless of the bid. Just make the site look big, professional, and information, with a business earning model. I am open to all suggestions for what additional features will be included. It is up to the coder to make the program the best one in the market!
