Data Mine/Spider for Addresses

I have seen the bid requests for similar programs so I won't go much higher than 150... But anyway, I need a program, OR script (preferrably standalone program) that will datamine [login to view URL] using optional criteria (ex you can choose how to datamine based on the options you get on their home page, including the zip code) and it will search 2 links deep and save all of the addresses to a txt file in this format Business Name Address Line 1 Address Line 2 (not required) City, State. Zip So basically it will find, parse, then write to a txt file. The TXT file would preferrably be on the user's machine so if in Java use an application instead of an applet. YOU ARE FREE to use ASP, ASP.NET, and write the spider to work from a web page and temporarily save to a web page then transfer the data using ADO and then delete the file from the server... I believe my FTP server allows anonymous login for that. Anyway, you can do this using whatever. Perl/PHP support is there but very limited. I don't really know the details though. I just want something that gets the addresses, and puts them in a designated folder (changeable by the user). It can be DOS command line taking parameters even. ALSO the option, like a command line switch or something to make another list of Company Names and Phone Numbers would be neat. I'm not a cheapskate so if you need 200 or 250 for this job let me know. I'm HOPING to find someone who already has some starter code to work with. Right now this is all I can pay. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 9x/ME/XP/2000 but if you use ASP it'll automatically run on a server so don't worry too much.
