Database keyword bid engine

custom database similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. It will enable users to set up an account with contact info and credit card info. Attached this account they will be able to set up profiles (websites) with tile, descripition,URL and keywords. Keywords will be assigned bid values. Also attached to the users account is a bank balance where users can request money be added via credit card. This module also must interact with the database of profiles to subtract bid value from bank balance when request for URL is made. All the pages are all ready laided out, we just need the main bid engine built. Operating system is NT 2000, web server is IIS, Database is SQL, pages built with ASP. I can supply more information upon request. Company currently consists of 4 individuals, however potential grow is huge. We have several high profile domain names we intend to use for this project. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
