Development of a website

I have a website that has been divided in four different modules; I need an admin module that can control the features that the website is having. I don’t need some complex functionality but something that is very easy to use. I have some basic requirements like post articles with pictures, manage wallpaper galleries, photo galleries, Downloads and members and much more. The website will be managed by an admin module. I would provide you with the design and you need to add functionality keeping in view that. The modules have been divided into sections and I will provide complete list once I select the coder. I would like if possible to add/modify sections and the content within them. Most of the content is in two forms, either articles (text form) or in the form of galleries. The style will be different keeping in view the sections. I will help you design the forms for that. I want an admin panel by which I can choose the module and then the section on which I need to add an article. The new articles and galleries added would appear in the index page and are modifiable with a check either to post on index page or not in the relevant section and module. The design would be kept separate from the functionality so that if I want, I can change the design. Generic portal systems like polls, signup for newsletter, News, guestbook, search this site, sitemap and message boards would be added on modules pages and main page. ## Deliverables The articles pages that would be on most of the websites must be able to be rated by guests/members and to allow comments (both from guests and admin). Similarly, the article pages would contain links to previous or archives that would be maintained section wise. The articles would also contain images that would be added and can be modified by the admin module. The gallery or photo gallery would be designed to be managed very easily. The admin have a right to add/delete and modify photos from the gallery. We want the gallery to be sectioned, that is it can contains sub folders in it and hence the nesting needs to be arranged. The gallery features includes rating system, slide shows, send to friend, comments. The gallery page would also link to archives gallery as well as the main page of the gallery would contain thumbnails of the pictures. The website would contain a message board (PHPBB) with a similar template like the website and a member login link would be given at the main page, the main page would also carry the current discussions links. Each page has some ads and banners that would be installed by the admin and controlled by admin, there are many modules like this currently available online, If you can modify some and add that to the website, I have no problem. If you don’t have I would provide you with one that I am having. The admin module also needs to have features like sending newsletter, grabbing emails from guestbooks, comments and signup of newsletter. The website needs to develop in such a way that it may be updated with new features and addition and modification of current modules is not a problem. To sum up the features that we require are: Mailing List: Newsletter Send to friend: Voting System: No of users online: Print the Article: Bookmark: Make the homepage: Guest Book: Yellow Pages: Like the one [login to view URL] is having. Photo Gallery System Archive System of articles and gallery: Downloads: A directory download system so as to download the songs, ringtones and others not by direct linking but by changing Url. The download script would be able to read the directory and show the link. I would add the links manually by admin panel but want to upload the files manually by FTP. Picture Upload: The members may send us a picture to share with others. Blogging: A staff blog would be added so that staff can blog or people with restricted access can blog over that. We will need to see example work and we will need to know how long this project would take. The other thing that is important is that it is search engine friendly. We also would like code to be well documented and commented, so we can perform basic edits (if required).
