**Digitally Signing of Document** Overview The purpose of the software is to read data from a file and send Signed & Encrypted mails. 1. User will put a file in “Indata?? directory. Each single file will have reports for all the customers. 2. The software will read the file from indata directory and generate individual files for individual customers. Based on the client_code in the file. 3. There will be begin & End tag in the document which will help generate individual files. 4. These new files can be kept in the SignQueue directory. 5. There will be some standard templates in which these content from these individual files will be added. 6. Now the IpWorks S/Mime SFileMailer control will read these files and refer to a master table in MS/SQL or Access which will have client code, client email, client name etc. 7. The signed and encrypted mails are sent to each of the customer. 8. Signing/Encryption and Mailing are two processes and can be run in different threads to increase the efficiency. 9. Once the mail is sent it can be we can make a log entry in the database of client code, name of file, time etc. 10. The code has to be highly efficient as we are talking about sending 15000 messages per hour. 11. The database will have web-based interface.
