C# Program with GDI+ some enhancements

Hello coders, I have a simple program (winForm, .net 2.0, c#, GDI+) that take an image and save a modificated version of the image on a .tiff file. The program works great, I need only three modifications: -when the image is saved on disk (using GDI+) the images size is great (about 3Mb for an A4 page), I need to preserve the tiff format but I want to reduce the image size but preserve a good quality. -the resulting image is "cutted" on the right, I need to support landscape images or images larger than an A4 format -the image (before it's saved) it's a little unfocused (I think due to a bad resizing, I need to sharpen it. I can post some source code if you want to examine it before bidding. Feel free to ask me if you have some question ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
