A community Calendar to add local events.

I want a community calendar for my website similar to the one shown here. [login to view URL] Users should be able to add and edit events. Users should be able to navigate past, present and future events. There should be a moderator who approve or disapprove uploaded events. Only approved events should be visible online. The calendar need to have different views of events: by date | by topic | coming events | calendar view [login to view URL] There may be many calendar programs available on the internet. You are welcome to can make use of it. I do not want to use any products that require me to place advertisement as part of the calendar. I want a clean calendar function. I want this calendar done in more popular technology such as asp.net, php. My site is on a windows server. .NET 1.1. MSSQL and MySQL available. PHP enabled. I will need full documentation for maintenance purpose. When all done you have to assist me putting it on my site. Time frame: I want you to start work on it straight away.
