A google calendar on my website

I need you to write a IIS application that presents a calendar that looks like the Google Calendar. You? can? use ASP, ASPX (script), or dotnet (with DLL). My visitors will create account on my site and have their personalized calendar. The data supporting the calendar can be saved in Files, MSAccess, or Sqlserver. The Calendar works similar as Google's (create, edit appointments; day, week, month views; Printing). It will also synchronize with Google Calendar through Google? Calendar API. In addition, the application will give user a tool to automatically? create appointments.? It let user specify "I want to? walk? ? 300 minutes each week", then based on this input, it will use a rule I will provide to decide how to spread the 300 minutes into a week. For example, it could be "1 hour each day for five days". Then the application will find empty slots on the current calendar and create appointments for this user. Data will be saved, and calendar constructed on the fly.
