hi, i have a questionaire with 100+ questions (see pdf attached) and i need somebody to make it a android app to be installed only on our own devices, not in the app store. the app must work OFFLINE: 1. people will answer all questions and than hit SUBMIT 2. the data & gps locations gets stored/saved locally on device 3. once there is a internet connection it should be possible for us to export the collected data to a complementary exel sheet 4. its a small project for a non govermental institution so it should be not expensive but there will be further projects to come.. thats it. thansk
