Asterisk 1.4 (Vicidial) Make Public Web Page with Current Call Stats

We are using the VICIDIAL auto dialer platform, which is based on Asterisk 1.4. There are a few existing reports within the Administrative section of VICIDIAL that contain all of the data we want to use for this project. We want to create a dynamic php page that will be publicly accessible and display real time calling status to the public--without requiring a login or exposing any other administrative areas of vicidial. We want to keep our PBX secure behind a firewall and have another web site on a different apache server that communicates with the ViciDial server to display the results in real time. I know since all of the data already exists in the database, and is already being extracted by existing php reporting scripts all that really needs to be done is find a way to expose existing php pages without requiring a login and then give us a template system so we can control the html output easily.
