crack software script or clone software which ever is easier

I have this software script that creates automated websites from an exe file. It is encoded using [login to view URL], so I either need it cracked so I can re-brand this software with a different look or feel using my company name and logo, or I need you to clone this software. I want 100% owner rights to the software script to do as I wish. If I am interested in your bid I will contact you, and walk you through this in more detail. Content Re-Write <- Tool to re-write words from the automated content 7. Ability to add custom pages with a html editor 8. Ability to add custom articles and link the articles to an outside source 9. Place to manually place banners Top, bottom, and sidebar 10. 5 unique templates or themes 11. The ability to add templates or themes 12.
